We welcome all community members to enjoy a brief tour of the Family Access Center of Excellence (FACE) with a presentation and opportunity for Q&A to follow your tour. How does this relate to the goals of your Journey Towards Inclusive Excellence? FACE staff will explain how community health needs assessment data showed disparities in behavioral health outcomes across demographic populations in our county. You will learn how our community responded and exactly how we work at FACE to effectively address barriers to access, in ways that are inclusive and empowering for all families with youth up to age 19 in Boone County experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral health concerns.

The second segment of the documentary, Unnatural Causes. This showing will look at how racism gets embedded in the body and affects health outcomes. Facilitated discussion will follow. Feel free to bring your lunch.
